Shipping & Returns

We provide free shipping of orders all around the globe. The products available in stock are usually shipped within minimum of 5 working days. There is no limit of order size and amount.

The package will ship from China and the subjected delivery time is usually around 3-4 weeks for USA, Rest of the countries is 1.5 month (excluding processing time of your order).The tracking code will be provided to you with order confirmation and shipping email which you can track online anywhere. Orders will be delivered to your shipping address. In case you don’t receive your order and the tracking code says ‘delivered’, you can check your nearest post office.

Please allow minimum of 5 working days for processing of the order.

We assure you that refund will be provided if the order not delivered for in 2 months ,

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a Return, the product must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where refunds are only partially refunded with the return of the item. Item is not in original condition, it is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once we receive and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether to accept or decline your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or form of payment, within a certain number of days.

*Only items bought on normal price can be refunded, unfortunately the sales items cannot be refunded.


We exchange items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. Or if it simply does not meet your expectation.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. If you’re sending an item in excess of $ 75, you should consider using a shipping service to track or purchase shipping insurance.
